Cheeseless Nacho Burger

Ingredients

2 Lbs ground chuck, 1 cup of crushed Doritos, 1 small white onion chopped, 1/2 garlic clove roasted, 1 medium dill pickle chopped

Instructions

First roast the garlic clove in a George Forman grill for 8 mins on high or in the oven at 350F for about 20 minutes or until soft (can be done days in advance and refrigerated) ADD the crushed Doritos to the ground chuck and mix thouroughly, then and add the onion and mix again, and then add the pickle and mix, then finally add the roasted garlic and mix (no salt or pepper is needed). Then using your clean hands form the burger mix into 6 balls and then flatten into 6 hamburger patties.
BBQ or broil until cook all the way thru (not pink inside).
Serve with just a thick slice of tomatoe on a standard white hamburger bun from Meijer or Wonder Bread Buns.
Do not toast the bun!
