Cheesy Peanut Butter Burger

Ingredients

*Half pound of chopped bacon.
*Three (3) chopped cloves of garlic.
*Eight (8) chopped green onions.
*Four (4) tablespoons of ketchup.
*Three (3) tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce.
*Sea salt to taste.
*Fresh ground pepper to taste.
*1.5 lbs of butcher shop ground round.
*One (1) pound of ground chuck.
*Vegetable oil for the grill.
*Six (6) Fresh bakery HB sesame seed buns.
*)ne (1) stick of Butter.
*One (1) small head of Bib or Boston lettuce
*Six (6)slices of medium sliced baby swiss cheese.
*Twelve (12) tablespoons of creamy peanut butter.

 

Instructions

Pre-heat gas grill on high then reduce to med. high. *Cook chopped bacon on griddle on the grill to a crispy golden brown. *Chop onions fine. *Chop garlic fine. *Incorporate onions, garlic, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, sea salt and pepper into meat. *Create six equal sized hamburger patties. *Prepare the grill with vegetable oil. *Place patties on grill and cook to desired preference. About five to seven minutes per side for med well. *Slice buns and butter each half with one pad of butter. *About two minutes before burgers are done, place buttered buns face down on top rack until golden brown. *Place cheese on patties until melted. *Remove the buns from the grill and spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on each bun half. *Place a burger on the bottom half and place the bacon pieces on top of melted cheese. *Place lettuce on top of bacon. Place top of bun and you're done.
