cheesy stuffed burger
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/4 c. Sutter Home White Zin
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cups sliced shitake mushrooms
cooking oil or cooking spray for greasing grill grate
Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. scoop small amount of burger into thin patty. top with 1 tablespoon of cheese and sliced mushrooms, shape another thin patty and place on top. blend edges together. continue making rest of burgers. grease grill grat and add burgers. cooking to desired doneness.
