Chesapeake Bay Burgers (for six!)

Pairs well with:

Cabernet Sauvignon

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


1 1/2 lb of favorite lean beef
1 1/2 tsp onion powder/or 1/4 C minced fresh onion
1 1/2 tsp of celery salt
3 T Old Bay/Seafood seasoning
6 oz. of favorite ale/beer
12 crushed Ritz-type crackers ————————–
3/4 Pound lump Crab meat(precooked/pasteurized or frozen))
1/2 C mayo
3 T Seafood seasoning
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
or 2 T minced fresh onion ————————–
Homemade Cheese bread or Seeded Keiser Rolls
favorite salad greens



*Mix together first six indredients and pat into six delicious patties: grill on medium heat until desired doneness/color acheived! *While the burgers are grilling; mix together the four ingredients for the crab topping: divide into six portions and place on top of burgers for the last five minutes of grill time! Place Blissful CB Burgers on fresh musclin/spring mix atop toasted cheese bread or seeded keiser rolls * may top with a little mayo   and serve! ENJOY:)
