Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken
1 small onion minced
1smallyellow pepper minced
2tbls. minced garlic
3tsp.  steak sauce
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 pack hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 egg yolk

 

Instructions

combine all ingredient, let set in fridge for 1 hour or more. grill to md rare. serve on toasted roll with mayo/ chips and ice tea. yummy
