Chicken-Bacon Burgers

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


2 pounds of chichen breast
1/2 pound of bacon
2 Tbsp of Steak House Marinade Sauce- Herb & Garlic
2 Tbsp of  Salted Lemon & Pepper
2 Tbsp of shereded onion
6 Kaiser rolls  Real Mayonese
2 large tomatoes, medium sliced
6 or 8 leaves of Romaine lettuce
1 cucumber, medium sliced
1 large onion, medium sliced
Cooking spray



Ground the chicken breast and bacon together. Place it in a bowl with Ken's Steak House Sauce, McCormick Lemon & Pepper and the shereded onion and mix it thoroughly by hand.Make the patties [about 6.5 oz each]. Spray the grill with cooking spray. Place the hamburgers on the grill and cook them for about 35 minutes to 40 minutes [turn them over after 20 minutes]. Warm the Kaiser rolls and spread Mayonese on both sides. Place the hamburgers on the bottom side, them put the lettuce on the top, followed by tomatoes, cucumber and onion.
