Chicken Cordon Blue Burger

Pairs well with:

Pinot Grigio

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

My inspiration is coming from my family recipes. I was born in Quebec Canada and now have lived in Florida for over 30 years so the French Canadian in me loves the Chicken Cordon Blue I grew up with but is quite of a lengthy recipe to make and so why not into a burger and have dinner ready in less than 15 minutes and I love taking old family recipes and reinventing them into new recipes in different forms like this one!
