Ingredients
- 2 Pounds ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 Cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon /Salt to taste
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped cilantro
- Burger Topping…. Raita
- 1 Cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cucumbers finely diced
- 1 tomatoe finely sliced
- 1 small onion finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Form into patties.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Grill 3-4 minutes on each side.
- For topping… Raita
- Combine yogurt,
- salt, finely sliced tomato and cucumber.
- serve burger topped with Raita topping inside of Naan/pita bread.
