Chili Burger Surprise

1 Pound Lean Hamburger
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Chili (See Chili Recipe)
10 Slices  Sweet Pickles
2 Large Onions (Cut Into Rings)
1/4 Cup Chili (Reserved For Buns)
5 Large Sesame Hamburger Buns
1 Tsp Basil
1 8oz Can Tomatoe Sauce 
4 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/2 Tsp. Italian Herb
1 1/2 Tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 Can Milwaukees Best Beer



Chili: Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil on burner of gas grill. When it starts to boil, turn down and cook for 10 minutes. When done, remove from burner and set aside. Hamburgers: In a large bowl mix hamburger, salt,and chili, mixing well. Roll mixture in hand in even round patties (makes 5).Place on grill (gas grill)and cook for approximately 20 minutes turning over half way thru.In a frying pan (on gas burner of grill), fry 2 onions (cut into rings)until sauted, drain and set aside. Take 5 seseme seed buns (separated)and place on top rack of grill (last 5 minutes of hamburgers grilling)facing seed side up and bottoms up. Remove burgers from grill and set on plate. Remove buns from grill and set on a plate. Lay out the bottoms of the burger buns and place 1 hamburger on each. Place sauted onions on top of the burgers (dividing onions evenly between the 5 burgers)and top with 2 Valastic pickles on top of each burger. Add reserved chili to each burger and place the hamburger bun tops on.
