Chili-Crusted Burgers

Pairs well with:

Zinfandel

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

I created this burger for some visiting friends who love to travel. It is meaty with a flavorful twist. It is also quick and easy to prepare which gives me more time to enjoy my friends’ interesting travel stories.
