2 pounds of 80/20 ground beef
1/4 cup Sutter Home White Cabernet Sauvignon
1/4 teaspoon chili Pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Hamburger Buns
Butter Lettuce
Raw Onion



Preheat grill to 325 degrees In a mixing bowl combine the ground beef and next seven ingredients, mixing througly with your hands. Form six burgers. Place on preheated grill and cook for 8 minutes turning after 4 minutes. Place on butter bun with lettuce, tomato, raw onion and ketchup. Enjoy
