1 teaspoon cumin

grill Green chile over fire till blackened and then remove skin, Slice in to stripes , Chop Onoin and 1/2 the pepper Mix pork,onoin, chopped pepper, cumin and Old bay. form 7 burgers Grill over a hot fire till just medium Top with Green Chiles and then Chesse Melt cheese Place on Onion bun with Wasabi Mayo and thin slised onion and top with Spinach ..
