chimi-churro,portabella burger

chimi-churro sauce
1 C. Cilantro
3TBSP virgin olive oil
2 garlic clove
1/4 tsp. salt
2 TBSP fresh squeezed lime
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 pound portabella mushroom
for hamburgers
2 pound hamburger
1 TBSP Accent
2 TBSP Season salt
provalone cheese



chimi-churro sauce
1 C. cilantro
3 TBSP virgin olive oil
 2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
2 TBSP lime
1/8 tsp. pepper blend in blender
1 minute marinade
1 1/2 lb sliced portabellas in half chimi
sauce for hamburgers mix
2 lbs hamburger with accent and season salt.
shape into patties and put on grill set on low. put portabellas on at the same time. grill each side 10 minutes. In the last 5 minutes brush burgers with remaining chimi sauce. Put burgers on buns followed by mushrooms, cheese and lettuce.
