Chipotle Chile Burger

Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.


2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 tsp. ground chili powder
2 tsp. ground garlic powder
2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 roma tomatoes sliced
4 slices deli colby jack
7oz. can whole fire roasted green chilies
4 Tbls. GourMayo smoked chipotle Tabasco-chipotle flavor
Onion flavored buns



Make four ground beef patties Sprinkle both sides of burgers with chili powder, garlic powder and pepper(approx 1/4 tsp each side) Mix 4 tbls. of smoked chipotle mayo in small bowl. Add four dashes of Tabasco-chipotle flavor. Stir and set aside. Place burgers on hot grill and reduce heat to medium. Turn only once. When burgers are near desired temperature, place 2 sliced tomatoes on each burger. Gentley cut one side of green chili and lay flat on tomatoes. Place colby jack slice on top of chili. Cover and heat until cheese is melted. Spread one tablespoon of mayo/tabasco spread on onion buns and serve.
