1-1-2 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice (from can of sliced pineapple in natural juices)
2 Tbsp. chipotle sauce (from can of  chipotle peppers)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 pineapple slices ( in natural juices)
2 tbsp. bottled bbq sauce ( mild)
Green relish 
6 slices yellow onion
Hamburger buns



1. Combine first 5 ingredients; form into 6 patties 2. Heat charcoal to very hot (1000, 2000, 3000 count) and flaming 3. Place hamburger patties on grill over flame, and place pineapple slices & hamburger buns on grill off to the side. 4. Grill burgers for 2 min. on lst side, then 1 min. on 2nd side for med rare. Brush the 2 tbsp. bbq sauce on both sides of the burgers. 5. Turn pineapple slices over to grill on both sides, and brown buns till they have light brown grill marks. 6. Assemble burgers with pineapple slices on one side of burger, and poupon mustard, relish, and slices of raw yellow onion on other.
