Cranberry-Jack Turkey Burgers

1 lb. ground turkey
1 c Craisins
1 c shredded pepper jack cheese
2 tbs. horseradish sauce
1 egg
1 tbs. olive oil
6 potato hamburger buns
reduced fat mayo



Reconstitute Craisins by soaking in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain. In a bowl combine turkey, Craisins, jack cheese, horseradish sauce, the egg and olive oil. Mix until well-blended. Form six patties. Spray both sides of each patty with cooking spray to prevent them sticking to the grill. On a medium heat grill, grill 6 minutes on both sides, or until cooked through. Serve on potato buns with reduced fat mayo.
