Cuban Party Burger
1.5 LBS Ground Pork
2 Teaspoons Adobo Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Teaspoons Cumin
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1 & 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
4 Tablespoon Worcestershire
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil For Sautéing Vegetables
1/2 Cup Diced Onions
1/3 Cup Diced Red Peppers
1/3 Cup Diced Green Peppers
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Minced Sun Dried Tomato
1/2 Teaspoon of Minced Fresh Rosemary of 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Ciabatta Bread, 6, 4 by 4 in Buns
6-Pre-Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese
6- Pre Sliced Long Dill Pickle
6-Slices of Favorite Tomato
6-4 by 4 inch Slices of Romaine Lettuce
1 & 1/2 Cups of Black Beans
2 & 1/4 Cup of Light Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Ketchup
2 Tablespoon of Spicy Mustard
2 Tablespons Apple Cider Vinegar
In Small Sautee Pan, add olive oil to medium heat.
Saute Vegetables, Constantly Stirring for 10 minutes.
Pre-Heat Grill or Oiled (1/4 Cup) Large Frying Pan To Medium High Heat
For Cooking Burgers
Add Sauteed Vegetables to Ground Pork
Add All Other Ingredients Under Burger Seasoning
Knead Mixture Until Finely Combined.
Divide Ground Pork into 6 equal Quarter Pound Patties
Place On Grill Well Done: 10 minutes Each Side, Medium well, 7 minutes on Each Side
Frying Pan Well Done: 9 minutes on Each Side, 6 min on Each Side For Medium Well
While Burger is Cooking Cut Ciabatta Bread into 4 by 4 Squares, and Make Special Sauce using all previously mentioned ingredients.
1/3 Cup Special Sauce Will Be used For Each Burger. Dollop Equal Portions to Top and Bottom Portion of Each Bun.
1/4 Cup Black Beans for Each Burger. Dollop Equal Portion to Top and Bottom of Each Bun. With Fork Mash
Beans so they adhere to Sauce
Prior to Removing Place Cheese on Grill or Sautee Pan and Cover for 1 1/2 minutes
Place Burger on Each Bun. Add Lettuce Pickle, Tomato, and Enjoy.
