Cuban Sizzyling Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.


1 lb Ground Sirloin
1 Red onion sliced
Provolone Cheese
1 Tomato Sliced
1 envelope of Goya spice
1/4 cup of Tomato sauce
1/4 cup of dry white wine
Salt & Pepper to taste



Mix Ground Sirloin with 1 envelope of goya spcie salt & pepper to taste. Mold meat into patties. Pan fry burgers with 1tblspoon of virgin olive oil. When meat is medium well add 1/4 cup of tomato sauce, 1/4 cup of dry white wine let simmer for 5 minutes. Serve burgers with traditional potato salad and fruit.
