Curried Seafood Potato Burgers

Ingredients

  • -6 Sesame Buns
  • -1Poundhake
  • -30 mussels
  • -2 boiled potatoes
  • -4 Tablespoon curry powder
  • -3/4 Cup breadcrumbs
  • -2 Teaspoon minced parsley
  • – 6 tufts salad greens
  • For The Side:
  • 10 Ounces salad greens
  • 18 shrimp
  • 18 cooked muscles (half with shell)
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 Tablespoon. Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • -Clean and drain salad greens, set aside
  • -Pour breadcrumbs in flat plate and add curry powder
  • – Wash mussels and cook 2-3 minutes until open Remove and set aside
  • -Steam hake and break into pieces. Chop half of the mussels in bowl and add mashed potatoes, minced parsley and salt.
  • -Mix and shape into patties
  • -Coat in breading and grill on baking sheet for 15 minutes
  • -Cut buns in halves and stuff with greens, patties and mussels
  • -top with steamed shrimp (see below)
  • Side Dish:
  • Steam shrimp for 1 minute and cool under water, shell and add to salad greens and mussels
  • -Season with oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice salt and pepper
