Curry Mango Burger

Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.


2 lbs lean hamburger
1 jar Curry Mango Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
2 avocados (sliced)
1 bunch leaf lettuce
fresh pineapple (cored and sliced, can substitute canned if necessary)
4 TBS honey
1 lb. pepper bacon (fried crisp)
2 tomatos (sliced)
2 Tsp. minced garlic
8 hamburger buns



Fry bacon until crisp and set aside. Mix one half of the curry mango sauce with the mayonnaise and set aside. Put pineapple slices in a freezer bag with the honey and set aside. Get grill ready. Mix the other half jar of curry mango sauce with the hamburger and garlic and form into 8 patties. Grill until done. Place pineapple slices on grill and heat on both sides until warm. Butter buns and put on grill to crisp. Assemble burgers with grilled pineapple, avocado slices, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and sauce made with mayo and curry mango. Have lots of napkins and enjoy!
