Cyberspew’s Famous Burgers
2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
Lea Perrins Worcestershire sauce
8 slices Pepper jack Cheese
4 Fresh local bakery buns
Bullseye BBQ Sauce
Take the 2 lbs of ground beef apply Worcestershire sauce liberly to ground beef mix in throughly.
Divide ground beef into 4 equil partser and roll into balls flatten into patties and cook on a charcole grill.
Apply 2 slices of pepperjack cheese to each patty and allow to melt on grill.
Slice the buns in half apply mayonnaise 2 leafs of iceburg lettuce and 2 thick slices of tomatoes on the crown of the bun
Place burger on heal of bun put bullseye bbq sauce on top of patty and onions on top of the bbq sauce.
Flip crown on top of burger.
