‘Da Burgh Burger
Ingredients
Ground Beef
Garlic Salt
A-1 Steak Sauce
Vidalia Onions
Yellow Mustard
Sliced Mushrooms
Butter
American Cheese Slices
Cheddar Cheese Slices
Pepperjack Cheese Slices
Lettuce
Tomato Slices
Instructions
While making burger patties, sprinkle meat with garlic salt.
While browning burgers top with a dash of A-1 sauce.
Sautee your mushrooms in a butter and A-1 mixture.
Melt cheese on top of burger (1 slice of american, cheddar and pepperjack). Put burger on grilled kaiser roll. Top with grilled muchrooms, onion slice, lettuce and tomato (optional toppings).
Spread yellow mustard on bun.
