Ingredients
- 6 Hamburger beef patties
- Hamburger seasoning
- Season All
- 6 Tablespoons BBQ sauce
- Vegetable oil
- 4 Potatoes, cut for frying
- 4 Tablespoon duck fat
- 1 Sweet onion, sliced
- 6 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons clarified butter
- Handful spinach
- Handful cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/3 Cup cheddar cheese
- 6 Cheddar cheese slices
- . Pound bacon
- Brown sugar
- Cajun hollandaise sauce: 3 egg yolks, lemon juice, 1 stick butter (melted), black pepper, seafood spice, and Cajun seasoning)
- 6 English muffins
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Cups mixed greens
- Greek Vinaigrette
Instructions
- Burger:
- 1. Season burgers and place 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce on each patty. Make sure it’s coated;then marinate for 20 to 25 mins
- 2. In a skillet with a little oil, sear patties each side about 4 to 6 mins
- 3. Place sliced cheese on top, and place on a baking sheet in the oven to melt cheese
- Potatoes:
- 4. Slice potatoes in strips and in a skillet with duck fat
- 5. Add . sweet onion and all potatoes and fry
- 6. Season to taste
- Eggs:
- 7. Scramble eggs in a skillet with clarified butter
- 8. Add in spinach, . onion chopped, tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese
- 9. Scramble to an omelet
- Bacon:
- 10. Place bacon on baking sheet and sprinkle brown sugar on top
- 11. Cook in 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 10 to 12 mins until browned
- Hollandaise Sauce:
- 12. In a blender, add egg yolks, a splash of lemon juice, seafood seasoning, Cajun seasoning and pepper
- 13. While blender is on, add in butter a little at a time until thickened
- 14. Season to taste
- Assemble:
- 15. Toast English muffin with a little butter and salt
- 16. Stack everything and enjoy
- 17. Toss mixed greens and vinaigrette for a side salad
