DC Flavor Burst

Pinot Grigio

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.


1.5 pounds ground beef.
1 cup of smashed avocado
1 tablespoon of kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 large red onion
.5 cup of chopped cilantro
.75 cup of chopped parsley
.5 cup of olive oil
6 cloves garlic
.5 cup of pinot grigio
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
6 sourdough rolls



Mix burger, avocado, salt and pepper. shape into 6 equal patties. put on the grill along side slices of red onions drizzed with a .5 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all sauce ingredients in a blender until well combined. Drizze rolls with remaining olive oil. Place face down on grill. Remove when rolls begin to brown.When onions begin to carmalize, remove from grill. Spread sauce mixture (about 2 tablespoons) on rolls, pile with red onions and place well done meat patty on mixture. place more sauce on opposite side of the sandwich. Enjoy!
