Denise’s Favorite Burger

Pairs well with:

Cabernet Sauvignon

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


1 lb Ground Sirloin (has to be sirloin)
1 packet Onion Soup
6 shakes of Worchestershire Sauce
2 tsp garlic power
dash salt & pepper
1/4 cup water
Blue Cheese for center (or any cheese you like)



Take room temperature ground sirloin and add next five ingredients. (Onion soup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, pepper, water. If you feel the mixture may be too dry, add a little more water. Shape into patties (4 lg patties). Press a chunk of blue cheese in the center of the burger and cover with meat so no cheese is exposed.
