Deviled egg burger

Most people here in Vegas are from somewhere else but there is always common things with everybody here that is deviled eggs are everyone’s favorite in America. so why not making burger out of it.

Ingredients:

For burgers
1 pounds ground sirloin
1 pounds ground chuck
5 eggs hard boiled and chopped
1 tablespoon garlic minced
2 tablespoons onion chopped
2 teaspoons *Johnny’s seasoning
salt and pepper for tast

*Johnney’s seasoning is from Washington state where my husband is from. His family use it just about everything.

For mayonnaise mix
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons sweet relish
juice of half lemon
1 teaspoon paprika
salt & pepper for taste
canola oil for brushing a grill, burgers and buns.

6 regular buns
paprika to sprinkle to buns
6 slice American sharp cheddar cheese
6 slice beef tomato
6 thinly slice red onion
6 leaves of lettuce

Instructions:

Make mayonnaise mix first. combine everything for mayo-mix into a small bowl and mix together and set a side.
second, combine meat and other ingredients for burgers into a large bowl and mix together and make 6 patties. (If you have time, then you should chill them for 1hr.)
Preheat a grill to medium high – hight heat. brush a grill and patties with oil and cook them 3-4 miuntes on each side. put cheese on top, a miunte before to let melt.
brush oil and sprinkle paprika and toast split buns lightly.
spread buns halves with mayo-mix and pile burger, sliced tomato and onion and lettuce.
