“Dilly Burger”

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1 1/2 pound of your favorite lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp of onion powder / or 1/4 cup of fresh onions minced
1 1/2 tsp of celery salt
1 T ground black pepper
6 oz. of your favorite ale/beer
12 crushed Ritz style crackers
2 T of crushed dill
Dilly topping:
2/3 C Mayo
3 T of crushed dill
2 T sweet pickle relish
Cheese bread or seeded Kaiser rolls (6)
10 oz/ of favorite greenery



Mix together first seven ingredients and pat into six square patties; Grill on medium heat to "favorite doneness". Serve on a bed of musclin or fresh spring mix atop toasted cheese bread or Kaiser roll and dilly topping ! Enjoy!
