Mix ground beef, salt & pepper, creole spices together. May 1/2 round patties with a dent in the middle of the patty. Place on very hot grill pan and sear for 3 minutes on each side. Add provolone cheese and grilled onions to top the burgers. Put mayo, lettuce, tomato on Po-boy bread, then a patty and drown the burger with hot roast beef gravy debris.
