Dirty Burger!


  • 3 Pounds 80/20% Ground Beef
  • Roast Beef Gravy and Debris
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Creole Spices
  • Mayo
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Grilled Onions
  • Po-boy Bread


  • Mix ground beef, salt & pepper, creole spices together. May 1/2 round patties with a dent in the middle of the patty. Place on very hot grill pan and sear for 3 minutes on each side. Add provolone cheese and grilled onions to top the burgers. Put mayo, lettuce, tomato on Po-boy bread, then a patty and drown the burger with hot roast beef gravy debris.
