This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 C. worcestershire sauce
2 T. lime pepper seasoning
3 onions
1 head garlic
2 T. olive oil
1 T. butter
cake buns
soy sauce



First buy lean hamburger or steak burger meat approximately 2lbs. Pour a half of cup of worcestershire sauce into the meat and kneed. Put lime-pepper seasoning approximately 2 tablespoons, kneed, and make large hamburger patties. In a skillet heat olive oil, three large onions, fresh garlic and one tablespoon of butter. Place hamburgers for three minutes over the mixture of garlic and onions. Next take the patties and place over a low flame on the grill.Once done put on cake buns with a dab of mustard and soy sauce with a smidge of ketchup.Pile high red leaf lettuce, the onions and garlic from the skillet, and you've got a mouth watering delight of a burger.
