1) 95% lean ground beef
2) spanish yellow onion
3) crumbled blue cheese
4) shredded parmesean cheese
5) grated parmesean cheese
6) new york bagel chips garlic

1) mix ground beef with shredded parmesean cheese 2) form palm-sized patties out of beef and cheese mixture 3) slice onion very thin and halve the slices 4) pulverize bagle chips and mix with grated parmesean cheese 5) sautee onion on high in a little bit of grapeseed oil 6) add bagel chip and parm mixture to onions when starting to brown 7) add a tad of blue cheese to onions just after bagel mixture sticks to onions…giving them a crisp coating 8) mix onions around and pile them in a single heap … remove from range and kill the heat 9) grill up the beef patties 10) cook til medium and place away from direct heat 11) top the burgers with onions and spread evenly 12) after a quick span of time, top the burgers with shredded parmesean cheese 13) remove burgers from grill when cheese on top just begins to melt 14) lightly toast buns on direct rack in the oven 15) condiments recommended are yellow mustard, organic ketchup, buttermilk ranch, and a light spread of jalapeno hummus on the bun.
