Down Home Bluegrass Burger

Ingredients

Evans Williams Bourbon marinade
hamburger
zuchinni
sharp cheddar cheese
mustard
ketchup
mayonaise
yeast roll bun
tomato’s
onions
pickles
sweet corn

 

Instructions

Put hamburger in the bourbon marinade and let stand. Microwave the corn in the husk for 3 minutes or on the grill for about 10. Cut it off the cob. Put the tomato’s, pickles, onions, and corn into a food processor and slice into a relish. Grill burgers. While you grill the burgers you splash them with the marinade. Slice the zuchinni into thin slices. Grill just before Hamburgers are done.

Slice open rolls, add the mustard, ketchup, mayo, cooked zuchinni, cheese, and fresh made relish on top of the burger. Then chow down…….
