Down Under Burger
Ingredients
ground beef
salt and pepper
1 T butter
egg
1 slice medium sharp cheddar cheese
slice of beetroot
3 oz. shredded carrots
mayo
bun
Instructions
Place beef patty in heated skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a separate skillet, melt butter. Fry egg over well but with slightly soft yolk. Melt slice of cheedar on egg when it is nearly complete. Spread mayo to taste on bun. Add beetroot and shredded carrots. Place burger on bun topped with egg and cheese.
