DREAM-AWAY BURGER
Ingredients
One pound of ground chuck
1/4 cup fresh finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup fresh finely chopped parsley and chives
2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish sauce
Dash of fine sea salt
Four tablespoons of Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
1 fresh California avocado
Slice of fresh brie
Dash of coarse ground pepper
Instructions
Mix well one pound of ground chuck with the garlic, parsley and chives. Add the horseradish sauce and sea salt. Shape and place directly on grill. While grilling on medium heat, brush the Caberbet Sauvignon around the edges of the meat. Depending on degree of cooking, turn burger and press down gently so wine juices spread from edges to within. After grilling is done, place avocado and brie on top of burger and a dash of coarse ground pepper for flavor.
