Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.


1. 2 1/4 lbs Angus Beef
2. 1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
3. 1/4 Cup White Onion
4. 2/3 Cup Red Bell Pepper
5. 1 1/2 Tbsp 5 Spice
6. 6 Egg Buns
7. Hot Mustard
8. 1 Cup Broccoli Bean Spouts
9. Foil



· Preheat Grill to 250 degrees Fahrenheit · In a medium size bowl add Angus Beef, Teriyaki Sauce, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, & 5 Spice · Mix all the ingredients by hand until well incorporated. · Form 6 6oz patties and place on the grill · Cook on first side for about 5-8 minutes forming a nice crust. . Flip Burgers and continue to cook for 5-8 minutes. · Burger should be 160 –165 degrees for medium doneness. · Remove burgers and cover with tented foil so the burgers can rest · Take the buns and place the inside of them on the grill to toast the bread for about 1 minute · Remove buns and spread some Hot Mustard on each side. · Place one burger on bottom half of the bun · Take a small bunch of Sprouts on top of the burger. · Place top Half of Bun on the burger.
