Instructions
Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high.
To make the slaw combine in a bowl, the bag of ready to eat slaw, bean sprouts, rice vinegar, sesame oil, asian dressing, grated ginger.
To make the Sweet & Sour Mayo, whisk the mayonnaise, Honey Mustard, ginger and Wasabi in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
To make the patties, combine the ground sirloin, ground chuck, green onions, soy sauce, Asian dressing, Panko bread crumbs and the egg in a large bowl, handling as little as possible. Shape into 6 patties to fit the buns. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Brush the grill rack with oil and place the patties on the rack, cover and grill until browned on the bottoms, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the patties and continue grilling until done to preference, about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium, longer for well done.
When the patties are cooked, remove from the grill, stacking to keep warm.
Place the buns, cut side down, on the outer edges of the grill rack to toast lightly.
To assemble the burgers, cover the cut sides of the roll bottoms with the Sweet & Sour Mayo spread, then add a patty, then the Asian Slaw, and add the crispy noodles. Add the roll tops and serve.
