2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined.
1/2 small red onion finely chopped (About ½ cup)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup finely chopped bell peppers.
2 small habanera pepper finely chopped (remove seeds and veins)2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 Peanut Oil to brush on grill
Course grind shrimp. Combine with vegetables, herbs, salt and white pepper. Form mixture into 6 patties. Grill patties over a low to medium heat for three minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve on wasabi hamburger bun with seaweed and cucumber relish.
