Ingredients

Cumin Sour Cream
2 Tbs Ground Cumin
4 Tbs Sour Cream
Patties
2 lbs Ground Chuck
6 Tbs Taco Seasoning
Oil to Grease Grill
6 slices Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Tbs Olive Oil
6 slices Jalapeno Queso Cheese
Cumin Sour Cream
6 Kaiser Rolls

 

Instructions

Cumin Sour Cream To make the cumin sour cream mix the ground cumin and sour cream until smooth. Patties Clean and seed the bell peppers. Rub the bell peppers and onion slices with olive oil. Place on grill and cook until tender, about 10 min per side. Once tender set aside in foil to keep warm. To make the patties mix the ground chuck and taco seasoning together by hand. Once combined pat the hamburger into six equal patties. Grill the patties over medium low heat for about 10 minutes on each side (medium well) or until they reach your desired degree of doneness as shown below. Rare – 120F to 125F Medium Rare – 130F to 135F Medium – 140F to 145F Medium Well – 150F to 155F Well – 160F and above Slice the reserved onions and peppers into slices. To assemble the burgers, place each of the patties on a sliced kaiser roll. Top the burger with the cheese, and grilled peppers and onion slices. Apply the cumin sour cream to the top portion of the bun….Enjoy!
