1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons of ranch dressing
2.51 lb. ground chuck
6 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
salt l
seasoned salt
non-stick spray butter flavor
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 half of red onion
1 pkg. of 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 sticks of sweet cream butter(salted)
grated pepper jack cheese(i used close to 8 OZ.)
6 new york kaiser rolls

First I make my condiment I mix 1 cup of sour cream, and 4 tablespoons of ranch dressing together, I mix well, usually in the glass pyrax cup(that i measured with) until well blended. Then cover the top with plastic wrap and refridgerate until ready to use. Next step is making my hamburger patties,I will use another pyrax measuring cup and measure meat out,it come out to about 2/3 a cup for each pattie. Then I flatten out patties, they spread out to about 5 1/2 inches all around.I then place 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce on top of each hamburger pattie, then I sprinkle about 1/4 teaspoon of salt on one side of each pattie,I then turn over the hamburger patties and then sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of lawrys onto each one.(one side is salt, other side is lawreys).I set aside my hamburger patties(which I like to be room temp. before cooking, so I do my other steps) I then spray my grill with pam non-stick spray with butter flavor and then turn on my grill to high heat.I then slice up all my peppers into thin strips each pepper makes about 1 cup. I then slice my red onion into thin slices(only use 1 cup of onion)I use reynolds hot bags for the grill.I will place my peppers and onion , 1 stick of salted butter that has been cut up(you can slice into tablespoons)and place pepper& onion mixture into hot bag with butter then add 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of lawreys, toss together in bag and seal.Place bag onto grill with lid closed.Next get another hot bag from reynolds and place inside 8oz. of sliced mushrooms, one stick of butter that has been sliced by tablespoons,2 tablespoons of lawreys mix & toss inside of bag then seal and place on grill. Then place hamburger patties on grill one side of grill I have the hot bags other side is my hamburgers, turn heat down to where it will be around 450 degrees.Put gas grill lid down and cook 5 min.while hamburgers cook I grate pepper jack cheese I usually grate the 8 oz. but not use it all.Turn hamburgers over after 5 min. slice your kaiser rolls and spray inside of rolls with pam that has butter flavor and put on top of higher grill rack face side down to toast.(the higher grill rack is the little thin rack,is what I mean)place 1/4 cup of cheese on top of each hamburger in last 2 min. of cooking. The hamburgers take 10 min.to cook on the grill, to cook the peppers and onions it takes around 15 min. to cook, and mushrooms 10 to 11 min.to cook, that is why the pepper and onion mixture and mushrooms are put on the grill first. The kaiser rolls take only 5 min. to toast. To plate hamburgers I place my hamburger on bottom half of kaiser roll then place 2 tablespoons of pepper & onion mixture on top of each burger, then place 1 tablespoon of mushrooms on top of each burger, the get out of refridgerator the sour cream and ranch mix and place 3 tablespoons on top of inside of bun then flip over and eat!
