3 lbs lean ground sirloin (85%lean)
3/4 cup feta cheese
6 slices very thin prosciutto
1 large avocado
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 small fresh lemon
6 leaves romaine lettuce
1 small red onion sliced
1 medium tomato sliced
6 sesame seed buns
1/4 cup soft butter



Preheat gas grill medium high Make 12 4 oz. beef patties(4 inches in diameter) On 6 of the patties, spoon 2 tablespoons each of feta cheese and press cheese into burger Top the feta cheese with 2nd pattie and pinch top pattie into bottom pattie Grill burgers 6 minutes on each side(do not compress burgers with spatula) While burgers are cooking, smash avocado, add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, mix together. Set aside, refrigerate. Slice tomato, onion, wash romaine lettuce and butter sesame seed buns. Place 1 slice of prosciutto on each burger and grill for 2 minutes. Place buttered buns on grill to toast. Remove buns when toasted. Place burgers on bottom buns. Spread 3 tablespoons of avocado mix on each burger, top with lettuce, tomato, onion and remaining bun.
