Fetabulous Burgers

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1 1/2 # hamburger (15% fat)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 red peppers, roasted & cut into 1/4" strips
1 Sweet Walla Walla type onion cut into 1/4" rings
1 bunch fresh spinach leaves,thinly sliced in strips
1 loaf sliced sourdough bread



Form burger into 4 patties to fit the bread. Grill 3-4 minutes each side. Lightly brush eight slices sourdough bread with olive oil and lightly toast on grill. Arrange cooked burgers on 4 slices toasted sourdough bread. Tope with feta cheese,roasted red pepper strips, slices of sweet onion and strips of sliced spinach. Top with remaining slices of toasted sourdough bread.
