• Pound Ground chuck
  • Small container FETA cheese
  • Half pack ranch seasoning
  • Possibly shredded cheddar depending on your tastes and how carfully you can flip a burger


  • You mix the pound of beef with the feta cheese and ranch seasoning then make 6 larger pattys. I like to make sure they are very round and smooth on the edges but it takes some time with the feta and racnch working against you so if you want you can add a little cheddar cheese to it so when it melts it all sticks together better. You may also use aluminum foil like a ten flat on each side so it doesnt fall apart.
