6 sesame seed hamburger buns sliced in half
6 slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat Gas Grill to medium high heat. 2. While grill preheating, in large mixing bowl combine Avocado, green onions, tomatoes, jalapeno, Wine, black pepper, oregano, garlic salt, coriander seed, and cilantro, and beat with a fork until well mixed. Pour half of sauce into a small serving bowl to use as a condiment for burgers later. 3. Add to large mixing bowl sauce, the ground chuck and egg, and handle the meat as little as possible while blending. 4. Form into 6 patties and prepare grill by brushing vegetable oil lightly on grill rack. 5. Place patties on grill one inch apart and grill 6-8 minutes on first side until browned. 6. Flip burgers with a spatula and cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature measures 160 degrees Farenheit. 7. While burgers cooking, brush olive oil over each bun half. 8. When burgers almost done place bun halves on grill and toast lightly. 9. Immediately place cheese slices on patties and close grill lid. Cook one minute or until cheese thoroughly melted. (Buns should be done approximately same time.) 10. Place burgers on open faced buns and dollop extra Fiery Fiesta Salsa over each burger or bun as desired. Makes 6 burgers. 10.
