Flame Grilled Juicy Burgers

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.


1 lb. ground beef
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 t. pepper
1 /2 t. salt
1 t. grated lemon peel
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. ground sage



Mix beef, bread crumbs, lemon peel and seasonings. Dissolve beef bouillon cube in the boiling water and add to beef mixture. Make 4 large or 5 medium size patties. Chill in refrigerator about 15 minutes. Grill over hot coals about 6-7 min. each side. Serve on sesame seed buns or thickly cut bread slices toasted on the grill.
