Steak Seasoning
Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

START THE BARBEQUE (also could be done on any grill or under the broiler) *Blend together the cream cheese, feta cheese and olive tampenade. Roll into 2 cheese balls. Refigerate. *Marinate the thinly sliced tomato in the Balsamic vinaigrette and chopped basil. *Rinse a few leafs of the lettuce *Divide the meat into 4 equal patties. Put a well in the center of each patty using the back of a spoon (or your finger tips) *Place a cheese ball in 2 of the wells. Cover that patty with another patty. Reshape patty. You will end up with 2 patties to grill. Sprinkle with the Monterey Steak Seasoning. Cook 8 minutes on each side for well done. Cut the focaccia bread into 4" squares. Slice in half to make bun. Brush the cut sides with Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place on BBQ for about 2 minutes then rub with a garlic clove. Build the burger placing the patty on the bottom slice of bread, then the marinated tomatoe, then lettuce leaf. Great served with Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon and sea salt kettle cooked chips. Enjoy
