2 lbs ground beef
2 Tbs. butter
1 1/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing (crushed)
1 egg beaten
1 can (3oz) mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup white vidalia onion
2 slices pepperjack cheese
2 slices swiss cheese
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 slices mozzerella cheese
1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt



In medium saucepan melt butter and remove from heat. Add stuffing mix, egg, mushrooms, lemon juice. Mix well and set aside. Combine ground beef and salt. Divide into twelve equal patties. Put stuffing mix in middle of six patties, mix half slices of cheese and top with onions. Put other 6 patties on top and pinch edges together. Cook on grill approximately 10 minutes. Serve with all the fixins and buns.
