Fresh Herb Burger
2 lbs. Ground Round
3 3/4 Cup Bread Crums/Crushed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon Cracked Ground Pepper
1/4 cup Chopped white onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup fresh cut cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh crushed garlic
1/4 cup of fresh cut celery.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl then make into (6) hamburger patties. The hamburgers afterwards are cooked on an outside grill at 250°F for forty minutes, 20 minutes on each side. Once completely cooked, each of the (6) burgers are served on regular size hamburger buns with Mayonnaise, Kosher dill pickles (3) total, red onions (3 rings total) and romane lettuce (1) piece not bigger than the bun and a tomato slice.
