cook the bugers the way you want them when done cooking the bugers get a deep fry ready then put flour in a bowl then mix with head and country seasoning and the pepper then mix eggs in another bowl then dip the cookt bugers in the eggs and then dip them in the flour and head and country seasoning and then shake them off a little the put in the deep fryer untile the golding brown then put on a bun with your onion and cheese i like it with melted velvety cheese this is realy good with turkey ang chicking to thanks rick battles
