1 lb ground chuck, separated into 4 patties
season salt
sourdough bread, sliced Texas style
olive spread
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz. goat cheese
grey poupon mustard
1 avacodo, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
romaine lettuce, washed and torn into leaves the size of the burgers



sprinkle patties with season salt and grilled to cooked preference. As burgers are still on grill, layer with one slice of cheddar and 1oz. of goat cheese. Spread olive spread on one slice of bread and spread grey poupon on the other slice. Slide burger with melted cheeses onto bread and layer with tomato, avocado and lettuce. Cut in half and enjoy!
