Galveston Bay Vino Burger
2 lbs. ground beef chuck
3 T. minced garlic cloves
3/4 c. SutterHome Cabernet
Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
Drain, if necessary,
Add salt and pepper to taste-
Form into 6 patties.
Oil & heat grill. When hot, grill beef patties for 5 min. per side.
Toast cut sides of 6 hamburger buns on the grill.
When ready to assemble hamburgers, spread mayonnaise on the buns. Add a beef patty, a lettuce leaf, a slice of onion, a tomato slice, & 3 or 4 dill pickle slices. Add the bun top.
